I had my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini delivered to me on Thursday, 05 September 2013 and thinking that the consultant did her job- had my previous pre-paid number ported to Cell C...

I phoned to activate my phone and was told that the 'new" number was activated. I then phoned again on Tuesday 09 September to find out what was happening. The lady I spoke to- Zama told me that she will ask for the telephonic recording of my confirming my contract and the porting of my old number with the consultant to be retrieved and that someone will contact me within 48 hours... I AM STILL WAITING...

I am a very busy individual who does not have the "spare" time required to go to teh Cell C outlets for the assistants there to try and fix up the consultants mess-ups!

EITHER THE AT CELL C SORT OUT THE PORTING OF MY PREVIOUS NUMBER OR THEY CAN TAKE THE CELLPHONE BACK.

When they require payment/documents/ect WE THE CONSUMER NEED TO PROVIDE IT IMMEDIATELY

BUT

WHEN THE CONSUMER NEEDS SOMETHING DONE, THEN WE MUST THUMB AND WAIT...

I AM TOATLLY DISGUSTED AT CELL C'S LACK OF INTEREST IN THE AFTER-SALES CARE/SERVICE!!!
