I went in to the Vodashop at the Glen on 22nd August to change my line from a company line to my personal name. The documentation that the company (HP) representative gave me was rejected by the activations team and a subsequent document was drawn up after I had been contacted by Jacque at the Glen Vodashop. The correct documentation was thus given to Jacques within 2 working days. Last Friday my phone stopped making or receiving any calls. I returned to the store on Sunday only to be informed that the issue was a Vodacom problem. I called Vodacom on Monday, 16 September. The person I chatted to indicated that their systems were down and she could not help me immediately but I had to call back in an hour. I called back to be informed that the fault was with the store. I then returned to the store to be informed that the 1 person who is doing this for the whole of Vodacom could not be contacted and I now had to wait because she had not received my documentation in the first place. Vodacom: are you serious about my business? I had to wait for nearly an hour in the store this morning only to be informed I just need to wait. Are you serious about running a business in SA??
