Incredible Connection
2 and a Half Hour wait for Vodacom Contract

We arrived in store around 14:30 and was told to wait the consultant will be with us soon. After half an hour we were told by Asief that he is still assisting another customer and will be with us soon. I was wondering what customer because the store was empty except for the few customers being assisted by the guys in IC shirts.
Asief finally materialised and gave me a form to complete and sign. He wasn't very friendly at all, maybe it is because I continuously pressed the call/service button on the counter in the hope that a manager would pop up as the sales manager was apparently on lunch and there is no store manager according to staff.
Eventually after another half hour away Asief turns up and says they don't have office 2010 and will be giving me a voucher. 15 minutes after that he is back and says he is giving me office 2013 instead. I pay at the till 10 minutes later and leave.
I thanks IC for making me late for my own engagement party...
On sunday the line has not been activated so I call vodacom 111 who refers me to activations department who transfers me to the store.
After a call to IC head office early on Monday morning my line gets activated in the afternoon.
