I received a blackberry z10 as a upgrade cellphone on 6 november 2013. On 12 november 2013 the camera stopped working. I contacted the call centre and informed them of the problem. I was requested to turn the phone off, remove the battery and turn it back on. I informed the person that i had done this and i was told to take the phone to any vodashop al ong with the accessories that came with the phone. When i arrived at vodashop kollonade they told me they cannot do a exchange without the box in which i received it as it was delivered to me via courier. Now i have to wait 2 to 6 weeks for a repair. Currently i am without a cellphone as the blackberry uses a micro sim. No sim swop would be done without charge. This is extremely bad service from a company that i have been with for 8 years.
