I am totally disgusted at the way I have been treated by Vodacom. The level of incompetency is beyond comprehension. After doing an upgrade request on one of my contracts with Vodacom online. I received an email confirming my request. I was informed by the operator that the phone I requested was out of stock and could only be delivered in four weeks time. I had no problem and requested it be delivered to my home address as I would be on leave. On Friday the the 6th to my surprise I get a phone call from RAM informing me that they are at my residential address to deliver the phone. I was then informed by the RAM personnel that the change of address instruction must come from Vodacom. I immediately contacted Vodacom and notified the change of address. On Monday the 9th RAM informed me that they had not received any instruction and again I contacted Vodacom. On Monday afternoon I received a call from RAM inquiring whether I had contacted Vodacom as they are still waiting for the new instruction. Again I contacted Vodacom. On Tuesday again no instruction and again I contact Vodacom. This morning RAM returned the phone to Vodacom. And now Vodacom wants me to cancel the upgrade and reapply.
