I did an upgrade and the number I was using to pay my entire account was moved out of the account 112173568 and moved to a new account number 127149569. I then paid the amount due of R491.25 account using the number 0848757777. I picked up the error in the allocation of funds and contacted cell c a couple of weeks ago. To date the issue has not been resolved. I do not know what the real problem is, incompetence or a lack of caring or both. Please get this issue resolved. My inputs are clearly on your systems and you need not call me. Simply transfer R491.25 from account 127149569 to account 112173568. It's not rocket science. The case number is 3090602714
