This 2ND complaint follows the first complaint in June. I sent my new phone in (within 7 days), it was freezing (OBF), Nashua Mobile agreed to REVERT back to my old contract, as I requested time to decide on another phone, I dealt with Bianca S. Now in August I have decided to port and I am told that I have already upgraded and must wait another 2 years. Firstly where is the phone that I should have from an upgrade? How can my upgrade have gone ahead, without my knowledge and especially because I was informed of the revert until I decided on another upgrade. Now resorting to, they say the store called me and informed me that I should collect my phone and nothing is wrong with it and they "called" me on 19 June, I want proof of such a call! Monday I first dealt with a Mar - louise, who COULD NOT assist me telephonically, I called in a second time and I dealt with a Li - La Oosthuizen who since Monday CAN assist me telephonically. HOWEVER, Li - La has not been able to resolve this, but she "REALLY WANTS TO HELP ME, " Firstly show me the proof that I was contacted by the store, provide the report that nothing is wrong with the phone, does it take FOUR days to do this?
