I am completely disgusted with the service, sorry lack of SERVICE that my aunt was provided with.

She came into your store about 2 weeks ago applying for a contract. She was approved for the contract and she was advised by Kim Gray that the phone is not available she will order it, it will take about 5 days to get the phone to the store.

We then called to change the phone she has chosen. When she came in to collect the phone she has then discovered that the phone was not ordered!!!

Not only was my Aunts time wasted but she is still without a phone. I informed her to contact the store and cancel the application and I will take her to another store that has the phone in stock and take out the contract there. She called and was informed that it is cancelled!

I took her to Canal walk Vodacom Shop and while doing the application in the store Mario informed me that the application is still approve at Blue Routes branch it has not been cancelled.

I have emailed the store manager yesterday informing him/her about this and yet I have not received any feedback.

Its not all Vodacom staff that are incompetent, but a few individuals gives the company a bad reputation.
