Never ever experienced such bad service in my life

I was due for an upgrade on my MTN cellular contract. After waiting 10 days for the phone I wanted, a Blackberry Z10, I eventually received it and signed the contract 2013/04/23 @ 17.15pm. Used it for 5 days and was not happy with the product. I returned to the store on 2013/04/29, 6 days later. I was promptly told that they cannot take the phone back just because I was not happy with it, "I signed a contract". The store clerk ended up actually screaming at me in the store in a busy mall in front of customers. I went back home wiith phone in hand and phoned the call cntr. Threw all my toys out the cot and was told to get the store manager to phone the retention dpt. She did, was told to take the phone back and send email with reason for the return. This was 2013/04/30. Today is 2013/05/06. The upgrade has not been cancelled, I am without a phone, yet the upgrade contract was not put into action either. Nobody can or is willing to give info as to the progress. Call cntr staff is USELESS, keeps telling my to phone back in the monring. MTN store manager is USELESS. Same answer every time, "I'll let you know" no follow up, no nothing. Nobel prize for non service this one!!!
