8ta taking airtime for nothing

I loaded R150 airtime for the 2 plus 1 gig promo
applied for it and the money was deducted but the data was never sent i called there customer service just to be told that a complaint will be logged and it will take 72 working hours. i use the internet to promote my company and to conduct business as well i had to get onto my email account urgently and now i will most probably lose this client . to me this is in a way and i will not let it stand here. if i lose this client well lets just say 8 ta you will hear from me in court
