Roaming SMS Billing

Good day,
I file a complain with Vodacom on the 27th of May 2013 in connecting with my account that I have receive in connection with my roaming sms. I was 2 weeks in Vietnam and receive a billing account of R2157.81 for sms only. They reply back to me and said the billing department say the bill is correct. I have never send over 800 sms in South Africa why will I do it when I am overseas. They saying that I have not send so many but they think it was very long sms that is why the bill is so high. On the blackberry 9900 you can see if you are sending an sms longer than 160 characters. I know I did not send long sms but they differ from me. The one lady said I must do a affidavit before they will investigate the matter further, what I did on the 20th of August 2013 and been fax through to Jhb from Vodacom Walk Inn at Mimosa Mall in Bloemfontein with no respond until today. On my billing account I am been billed for the following nr 2782129 217x2.41= R522.97 and most of my sms been billed twice. They cut my line because of my account overdue and still nobody is answer my calls on my request. We are 3 ladies with the some problem. Can you perhaps assist me. Thanks
