Cell C
Misleading Information

I did made an application telephonicly for a contract with Cell C and the agent said i dont qualify for the handset contract but only qualify for a R50 sim contract which i must pay every month. This application was made on the 5th of July 2013 and the agent still said for July i will only pay a pro rata portion for the month. In August 22 i did follow up as i havent receive anything or heard a word from Cell C.Only to find out then that my application was unsuccessful. I did request a copy of the voice recording via email and receive a reply that they will respond to me within 24-72 hours, but to date i havent heard a word from Cell C.
