Vodacom refuses to correct billing mistake

I have a 2gig R150 data package from Vodacom. Since starting the bundle under my late husband's name we rarely used more than 1 gig. This month I receive a bill for more than R1300. I phoned Vodacom to find out why but the agent refused to send me an itemized bill without an affidavit. I got the affidavit but when I phoned back the next agent said I didn't need the affidavit and promised to send an itemized bill. I asked for a ref but she said she would send a message. She never sent the msg or the bill. There is clearly a problem with the account but no one wants to give me an answer. I will be forced to stop the debit order if you do not sort this out. Additionally we selected a top up type contract where we control the use so IT IS NOT EVEN POSSIBLE. Vodacom is a terrible provider and I highly recommend not joining them ever! All they do is charge astronomical fees for dismal service. I'm trying my best to sort this situation without ant co-operation from them
