I have had my contract with Autopage Cellular for 4 months. During this time I have had endless troubles with my account. It started off with a billing query and now it has escalated to my internet service being cut off. I am a medical doctor and use my IPAD for work. In my department there are 10 doctors. OF this 10 doctors I am the only one who has a contract with Autoage Celluar and I am the only one whose service is continously interupted. Its embaraasing really. I also am busy with exams and this was my main reason for taking this contract but I am unhappy with the service I get.

During my last compaint through Hello Peter, I was contacted by Brian (Client Liaison Officer), who dealt with the account and passed the necessary credits. It was during this time, that I requested my statement to be sent to me by email as I did not receive my statements before. However nothing materialised and my service was cut. Everytime my service is suspended or soft blocked, I am charged a reconnection fee which I must pay. I am now fed up with the situation and am even thinking of cancelling this contract and using another service provide like MTN or Vodacom.
