Disgusting attitude

I was called by the vodacom sales and upgrade department because my phone is due for an upgrade.
she asked to speak to the account holder which i kindly said she was unavailable and i asked what it was related to as it is my phone and i make all the payments, she very rudely and firmly said an upgrade and thats she HAS to speak to the account holder before i could even start to tell her that i can help or that i am waitting for the shops to get stock she put the phone down on me.

i was not impressed with her disgusting mannor, i dont know her name but if i did i would report her.
i am purposly not renewing my contract with vodacom!
