Yesterday on the 24 January I purchased R10 airtime and transferred it to data bundles and within a seconds my airtime was consumed which was not a problem however today 25 January around 6h30 in the morning I purchase R100 airtime around 6h30 am and within 5 minutes i pressed *111# to purchase bundles for R99 and i was told insufficient funds.
I immediately checked my balance and find that i am left with R9.84 after 45 minutes i called the call center and the Lady by the name of Aise said my R100 airtime was consumed by using internet. I am surprise R100 can vanish within 5 minutes were as R10 takes me half a day.
I am not impressed by their poor service as a new member am even missing my MTN seriously. REF 202615L3FSP41Q. since i called vodacom call center at 7:48 am I still have R8.00 airtime remaining my question is if vodacom manage to deduct R90.something on my airtime why not the R8.00 remaining still doing on my account after 3 hours
Can I have my airtime back please you make me miss my MTN network
