I called vodacom customer service, with regards to my husband that is currently in Zambia with regards to Roaming when i first got through a lady had told me "sorry you are not the acount holder there is nothing we can do for you" and cut the call in my ear. i called again and spoke to a Stacy i immediatley requested to be put through to a manager as my husband is over seas and cannot call himself, Stacey then put me through to a 'Manager' Ashley, Ashley then informed me that he cannot go into the account because im not the account holder but there is an alternative, he said that he would call my husband get all the security questions done and deactivate the 'travel on' roaming, after an hour and a half my husband had called me and told me he hadnt recieved a call, i then called vodacom back and Tyshaha answered the phone when i asked to speak to Ashley she said sorry he is on lunch! i then asked to speak to another manager and she told me that was not possible. when i asked for Ashley's surname she said sorry i dont know, how can one not know their managers surname? i am disgusted that in a time of need vodacom can do nothing to assist, as soon as our contacts expire we will change
