Ok guys so here it is. I have been charged for BIS since September even after I upgraded and spoke to numerous agents about switching it off. Every month we go trough the same problem with Emails and nothing ever happens. You charging me for an S3 you see I have an S3 you know I have an S3 but still with the BIS?

Ok its only R52.00 but over 4 months its R200.00 I pay for something I do not have and Vodacom knows this. How many more times must I phone to switch it off? Why is it that everything I give to Vodacom you manage to hash up?

I do not want to leave in bad spirits with you guys you are a good supplier but what can be done from now on out? Will I be reimbursed for the service I do not even have the device to use anymore?
