Please fix my online account!!!

After complaining on hello peter to get Vodacom to complete a transfer of ownership after it took them more than a month, I now struggle to upgrade online since they did this. The contract is in my name, but my online account STILL says I am not the master account holder - after It has been in my name for over a week! A friendly customer service lady told me it takes about 24 hours to reflect. But nothing has happened. I am due for an upgrade but I cannot do so online, not can I see my upgrade options anymore. Vodacom, please man-up and get your IT department to fix this, since it seems impossible to get an answer out of your CS team.
