11th September 2013 I left early from work and rushed to Vodacom shop Fourways mall which is the nearest from work. I got there at around 17h15, and stood in the que. There was a lady who was welcoming customers and asking us what is it that we need. When it was my turn I explained to her the problem I am having with my phone. She took my phone and went through it, checking settings and asking me questions. There was a guy sitting next to the PC who was not sitting up straight on his chair, looking tired or bored (so unprofessional for someone who deals with customers) and they were busy discussing what could be the problem. And then two customers came over, they seem to know them. They started chatting to them, in the meantime they have my phone and I am just waiting. I then told them I can't stay any longer I have to go, i asked what are they going to do with my problem. The lady then said to me we goanna have to book it in but that gets done downstairs. The store downstairs is now closed so i will have to come back tomorrow. So they kept there for about 45 minutes whereas they new they don't book in phones for check up. This really made me very angry, they wasted my time.
