Bad service

We went to your shop on 22/02/2013 to buy some highlighters for the office. We were the only customers in the shop. After going to the till, we had to ask someone to help us to pay. The lady then send us downstairs, because she said she was busy, going downstairs and asking someone there to help us, they told us they were also busy only to send us upstairs again to ask someone there to help us.

Is it that much trouble just to ring up a packet of highlighters?
Really unacceptable
