Bad attitude of the team leade

On Sunday 8/9 I lodged a billing complain with Vodacom and they undertook to respond within 24 hours. They failed to do so which resulted in me following up on Tuesday. I was informed by Phologo that there was no one to assist me and my call would be logged. It is now Wednesday and they have still not resolved my issue, as a result I called again and requested to speak to the manager. I encountered a male by the name of Linda who refused to allow me to speak to his manager and when I requested his surname in order to lodge a complaint he cut the call. Besides the fact that I have been severely inconvenienced by the fact that no one has attended to my complaint, I am beyond repulsed by the attitude that I received even when I kept following up. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and I have always paid my accounts to find that Vodacom does not even have the time to address my query and employs people who do not know how to deal with customers is beyond me. If a "team leader" conducts himself in this manner it is no wonder that my query remains unresolved.
