Incompetent agent with a bad attitude

On the 7th i logged a complaint thru hello peter and on Friday i called in to check the status on my complain because since i logged the complaint no one got back to me and when I called I spoke to Angela from cancellation and i explained my problem and she didn't want to help, she gave me some excuse that she does not has access to the system because she is new and i asked her to transfer me to someone who can call me and she refused and when i requested to speak to her supervisor she also refuse and she ended up dropping me and i called about three more times after that and she dropped me again and when i called the 4th time she didn't even introduce herself the proper professorial way she just dropped my calls meaning she was not willing to assist me and i don't understand why Vodacom hired someone so rude and not willing to work with people and assist me, Angela was very unprofessional with the nastiest attitude I have ever came across from a call centre customer agent. When I called in i was not even angry she changed my customer experience to the worst. I have been a Vodacom customer for over 36 months and at this point i don't want to have any dealings with your agents anym
