MTN in breach of website contract

I Manisha Kowlasseur has been dealing with Laven Naidoo since Friday the 6th of September 2013 and Devashin since Thursday 05th September 2013 with regards to upgrading her contract to the MTN Anytime 200 at R399pm x 24 which includes 500MB Internet bundles pm x24. As per advertisement on [URL Removed] To date neither Laven nor Devashin has called me back with regards to upgrading my account. I have left numerous messages for Laven Naidoo. I do have screen shots of the website with the above deal been offered.
