Coverage Problem

I complain over a year ago that at my home I have no 3g coverage. The feedback I received was that a new tower is being installed in Waldrift that will sort out my problem. I see the tower is there but the coverage problem is still not sorted. I just upgraded to a Samsung S4 and it is useless at my home because of the poor coverage.
