UNAUTHORISED UPGRADE/WRONGFUL DEBIT/RUDE STAFF

I activated a 6mnths contract with cell c in Nov'12 for a Garnet Red Samsung S3 Straight-up 200 @ R1, 533 per month. Last deduction went off my account on 26/5/13. In May, my S3 went dead. @ repair drop off @ Edenvale SM confirms warranty, but can't log as Cell Cs obligation cos'
1. Cell C only stocks/sells the blue/white S3s.
2. My contract lists a blue S3. However, the IMEI in my Red S3 is identical to the purported Blue S3 on record @ Cell C
Eventually discovered that, Sandton took delivery of & sold another dealer/networks stock as such the phone will be replaced by Sandton. I took receipt of a blue S3 frm SM-Naidoo.

On 26/6/13, R200 is debited, customer service promised it will be investigated & revert? os "someone" had extended my Straight-up 200 contract (Ref# 1306260000052621). 30days on, no response yet!

26/7/13 R1, 289 is debited; CS & upgrade dept. tell me, Naidoo authorised an upgrade for an S3 on 6mnths on Straight-up 200 contract on 26/06/13;

REALLY!!! where does Cell C or its pompous managers/staff get off on upgrading & charging accounts w/out their REQUEST or AUTHORISATION.
BTW, Upgrading for the same PHONE? ARE U 4 REAL?? Cell C, GET IT RIGHT!
