Breach of Contract, Non delivery of paid service

Having requested and paying (R1125) the amount for a Professional CV to be drafted by ProfessionalCV 26th September 2013, having sent all information required by Professional CV 27th September 2013. On there website it states that with in 7 days the CV would be completed.

To date - Over 1 month later, no CV has been provided. Multiple E-Mail communication and telephonic communications have been unsuccessful. This business seems to be a hoax, and completely unethical, not authentic at all.
