I have been with Nashua Mobile for two years now and they were always good, but then I decided that I'm not upgrading my contract but close it.

I honoured my contract and gave one month notice that I would like to cancel my contract that was on the 28 August 2013 after they have billed my bank account for September use on the 25 August 2013.

You should have billed my bank account for the last time 25 August for September use. To my surprise you billed my bank account again 25 September.

I want my money back, below is the email response from Melissa regarding this issue and it doesnt make sense to me.

"Please be advised that the amount deducted from your account on 25/09/2013 was for the subscription for the month of September. The 2GB for the month was allocated to your line for the month and you are liable to pay for it.

As per my email below, the line has been deactivated. Your final invoice will be sent within 14 days as your usage for the month of September must still be paid for".
