STILL NO HELP AFTER A WEEK OF CALLING 8TA

I am still experiencing bad service beyond belief, last Monday I reported to 8ta that I never received all the data I should have gotten with my contract on the 1st of September. I only received 126mb, on my blackberry z10. I was informed they will sort it out, I then called every other day to find out why it has not been resolved. On Friday I was called by the tech team and was told he will look into it and call me back... guess what NO call back. I called today on Monday and was told they still working on it. I am about to run out of data which then the call center agent told me I should increase my call limited and by data. I won't do this as I have already paid for the month of September. She then also told me it will be right from the 1st of October. I can't except this as I paid for this month already and why should I pay extra to have my contract working, I feel this is against the consumer protection act and I will be taking this tougher with my lawyers.
