Still No Installation- Wasting of my time

Still no resolution per my last post. I have received 2 text msgs, with installation dates and sat around waiting, and no one arrived to install???!!! I even went into the Telkom direct store which I had placed my order at and they advised that there was a problem with ports, but it was resolved and on the 06 September the installation would be done. Really Telkom, how do you'll book and advise intallation dates but dont dispatch technicians, and have the sheer audacity not to even provide courtesy call saying no one would be arriving. I require my installation to be done.
