On Monday the 30th of september Telkom sent me an sms saying that 'your installation for order (reff nr) is scheduled for (20131002 Full Day).i was happy with the date i was given so i made plans and took off from work that day because i wanted to be there when the technician arrives so that i can make sure that he understands what i need from telkom.i have waited at home on that wednesday for the technician to arrive, no one showed up and the time was going for 11am, i then decided to give telkom a call just to remind them about the installation only to find that telkom cancelled the installation for reasons they could not tell me.there was no notification about why it was cancelled.this is not a first from telkom as before i had numorous problems with telkom's pathetic and slow service.the problem that i have now is WHY ARE YOU GUYS TAKING SO LONG TO DO MY INSTALLATION? i am tired of telkom's apologies!!! please speed up the process because now that telkom have cancelled the installation of the line i now have to wait for how long? 2 weeks? a month? if i dont get any service by telkom in the next week, i'm going the cancel MY ACCOUNT.
