No telkom line installation 5 months late

On the 3rd of September 2013 i requested as a new client a land line installation from Telkom who came a few days later to install the line. Upon checking my house for installation they realised that the pole ends a few meters from my place and they said they will log a call to extend the cables. Until today I'm still waiting in vain and I need this line and only Telkom provides reliable ADSL services which are part of my land line request.
