Mira Networks defrauding me

I just logged into my mtn contract self service and looking at my bill, i saw a charge i didnt understand.
When i called MTN, they told me it is for a Subscription with Mira Networks that i activated on the 28 of August.
I called Mira Networks then they tell me it is a subscription to download pictures. I never download pictures on m phone, so why would i subscribe to a service to download picture for so much money?
This is, because the tell me i must have subscribed on their website which is very strange since i dont even know these people.
and judging by the number of complains, surely there should be a regulatory body to close down such unethical and criminal businesses.
