Fail to instal ADSL new orde

On 27 Dec I ordered the Uncapped Broadband package for R514 per month at Pavilion. I do not have a landline at home & was told it would take 2-14 days for installation.By 2 Jan I had not been contacted with an installation date, the call centre advised that my order had not even been logged by Pavilion branch. Sam logged the order for me (91600398A) and again I was told that it would take 2-14 days for installation. Whilst speaking to Sam I receive an sms welcoming me to Telkom Internet and confirming that my account is now active [Email Removed] Sam said I would receive a second sms or phone call within a few days confirming the installation date. Today, 21 Jan, and numerous calls later I still do not have my ADSL line. I am told there are no ports available and maybe they can help me in April but no guarantees. What kind of service is that? There are Telkom technicians all over my neighbourhood upgrading lines, surely they can instal additional ports.
