Query number 103499411 has reference. I have phoned customer service 808 on the 21/07/2013 regarding my airtime that was billed the day after receiving it and was told this was a Internet session and I was told that I could only query this after the bill date has closed. I am disputing these charges as I have a Blackberry with active Blackberry Internet Service subscription (BIS) and therefore should not have been charged for this Internet usage please could this be treated as a serious matter and resolved ASAP
