The long wait

On the 29/07/2013 i applied for the MTN contract where you get a samsung galaxy pocket and a samsung 32 tv. I got confirmation that my contract was approved and collected my phone, however they stated that my tv will be delivered to me in the next 14 days after i received my phone. after 14 days i still haven't received my TV and MTN didn't even bother to contact me, so i made the effort to go and find out. when i came to the store i was just told i should contact head office cause they out of stock for the tv unit. after another week i went back and they gave me the same answer its now 25 days after i got my phone and still haven't received a call informing me on the situation. I feel like i am the client and why should i ran around for a unit that was supposed to be delivered to me after 14 days. i am really disappointed in the service and that my tv is still not at my house.
