Contract breaking by MTN

Telecommunications

In Sept 2013 I signed a new MTN contract with Nashua Mobile that includes BIS on Blackberry. The main reason for getting this contract was the fact that you had unlimited Internet usage. Since then, with the introduction of new Blackberry devices which is not BIS enabled, MTN has decided to limit the usage of blackberry BIS. Our usage has remained the same and never got charged anything extra for Internet usage - until May when all of a sudden all my airtime was used as well as over the top charges for almost 300.00. When I queried this, I was informed that the charge was for using Mymtn APN and not Blackberry APN - alhough our settings has not changed. I have argued that it was not due to setting changes but in fact due to a limit imposed on Internet usage - which was denied on more than one occasion. Now, I received a a Terms of Blackberry usage that specifically states that I am limited to 200 MB - contrary to what I have been told before and contrary to my Contract? I can not beleive that this can be allowed - how can a company just change anything on a contract? Surely it amounts to contract break? I am not happy and will definitely not be renewing my contractS with MTN.
