I have written in about this complaint before. My mtn uncapped dongle is not working and I am literally unable to use the internet even for web surfing. The last time I wrote in I was given the excuse of my internet being throttled after fair usage but when that happens I usually still have reasonable speeds according to the contract I signed. For the past few days I have received basically no internet and it keeps disconnecting. I can't even google a text document. I have tried everything mtn troubleshooting suggests. I had a brief moment of internet ususage earlier but now I can not access the internet again.

This is very frustrating as I pay my installments every month byt mtn does not seem to be holding up its deal. It is not a signal problem as I have had good speeds before at my house. A friend of mine is experiencing the same problem.

It is unexceptable for mtn to be charging me money and not returning services. If there is a tower problem there should be notification as I am not the only person I know that is experiencing this.
