Worst internet provider I've ever used

I am currently using the MTN broadband light package which is a 3 gig uncapped line.
After the 3 gig fair usage cap has been reached, the speed gets throttled, which is fine and is part of the package. But I have been experiencing the worst throttled speeds. It is so slow that some web pages don't load. When I phoned to complain about this, I was told by the agent that once throttled, the speed is not guaranteed and I will receive anything from 0.1kbp/s to 230kbp/s. and as far as my experience goes, I'm lucky if I get anything faster than 22kbp/s. It seems to me that MTN has set such a low standard on service quality and has become complacent.

In the past throttled speeds were good. What happened?
MTN should change the "this is world class internet" to use at your own risk.
Sort this out MTN or you are going to lose me and a lot of other customers. 0.1kbp/s is a pathetic standard.

As long as I am experiencing these pathetic speeds. December will be my final month as I will be terminating my account with MTN due to bad service and unprofessional staff.
