Bad Internet Experience

Earlier this year a wrote a complaint about the lack in quality of internet experience. The problem was fixed the day after. A month later the same thing happens, they shape my internet to terribly slow speeds. I call [URL Removed] and the consultant tells me that [URL Removed] is not really a download internet company, they are more just basic internet use, such as Facebook and YouTube. I don't understand why I am paying for uncapped 1024kb/s internet but i can only download at 4, 3kb/s.
Please guys, you've got to fix your shaping problem.
