On 29th august i reported MtN insurance for swaping my phone... they never responded until i went and posted that i was utterly disgusted, on 04/09/2013. the response byWenzile Masina does not even beginning to satisfy me as he just responded and did nothing about resolving the query..if my report was read and understood correctly. i bot a new phone and it was faulty however replaced with another damaged phone.hence i say they croocked me, how do i know the one they replaced with was water damaged from their side? and this Wenzile Masina person did not even contact me to explain to me what is the way forward as i am still paying for the phone. is mtn really that incompetent,? such a large (huge) company. can"t phone me?? Use R2.00 to phone a client who has been loyal to them for about 3 years? like seriously? they can"t phone to resolve matter. they just reply on hello petter and that's it?? am i supposed to just take the response. grin and bare it?? i expected better from this copany, even cell c is way better and mtn has been in the field longer. i always thot of mtn as being expercts in whatever they do even resolving such. i stand corrected.
