MTN INSURANCE - STILL!!! NO ASSISTANCE!!!

I have now been trying to contact Mtn's insurance department for the last 2 weeks and it is just ringing. I send a mail to the address on the website and it came back saying the mailbox is full!!! I then phoned the call center and was informed that the Insurance department had a problem with their phone lines... This was a week ago and still no response from MTN? Cell phone with the query - 071 871 8770

I was contacted and my details and request for claim taken and was informed that MTN Insurance will let me know in a few days. Yet again it has been more than a week without no feedback?

This is now going on since June 2013 and NO! HELP
