I posted a Hello Peter complaint on the 2/12/2013. I received a reply from Wenzile Masina on the 6/12/2013 (notice the turnaround times).
Wenzile promised that the matter is being investigated and that someone will contact me. Seven days later and still no feedback. Based on the lack of service received from MTN and my continuous struggle to get my query resolved with no feedback from MTN, I have no option but to consult the Ombudsman.

And please do not make the excuse that you could not get through to me since the 2/12/13 as I have a landline, cell nr and e-mail adress that I have access to all the time.
A hint- Please visit this link on how to recruit the right people for the job because MTN staff are incompetent and CANNOT meet client's satisfaction (evident from all the complaints posted on Hello Peter) [URL Removed] .
