Almost 3 months and MTN not resolving the issue

Went to the Cavendish and explained that my phone had been switching of and was advised to send it to the HVRC center for a software upgrade and to test the battery so had the phone taken there the phone was booked in warranty as I had the tax invoice as proof of purchase and have the sales assistance report that is marked in warranty as there was NO physical damage or liquid damage to the phone 30-09-2013. Received a text message asking if I would accept a quote for repairs of R1980 which later increased to R2718.24 we said NO to the quote and for the phone to be returned to the Kenilworth branch. Puzzled at the outcome as it was under warranty, and the phone was now PHYSICALLY damaged i went to back to HVRC they blatantly said I had brought the phone in damaged, Now the frustrating part is that the technicians changed the log to say that I brought the phone in damaged which was not true. Now after my second query they changed their story and said that when they opened the phone it fell apart just like that!!?? so now they admit that they opened it and damaged it and still no one wants to take the blame and replace my phone PLEASE HELP ALMOST 3 MONTHS NOW!!?? imei358922046525526
