Very bad customer experience

I've been logging billing issues with MTN since February 2013 and none have been resolved yet. I'm not even receiving any reassuring feedback. This is possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. At this point, I'm starting to feel that nothing will be resolved. I can't wait till both of my contracts with MTN expire.
