My claim, dating back to 27 August 2013, has still not been resolved. The only part that has been fixed is they geyser finally after struggling for almost a week!!! The outstanding items were reported again on the 5th of September, after receiving a mail that all has been resolved, no feedback from them since. Is this what they call customer service???
