Line Cancelled for no reason on 26.08.13

Requested phone and ADSL line to be transferred in september. On 26. 08.13 phone line was cancelled for no reason and to date still no phone line. After numerous phonecalls and and being passed on from dept to dept each one with a different story every day. Cannot speak to anyone senior they just dont take your call it just rings and one time i ended up at a funeral parour and had to start again speaking to telkoms computer and going thru the endless rigmarole of security questions over and over as you get passed on to each dept and the frustration of incompetent people unable to reactivate my service. No dept wants take ownership and deal with problem - it is always someone elses fault. i reported this fault on 29.08.13 ref 117CWK290813. Looking at telkoms adverts on tv and everywhere else they project themselves as a first world company. if there was a jail sentence for bulls..t they would get a life sentence. why they advertise i dont know as they are a monopoly and we are basically forced to use them - they should be ashamed of themselves. They are an embarrassment to telecommunications industry and we are forced to pay the most expensive prices in the world for worst service.
