What's up Vodacom

Do you remember me... the customer... the one who provides your shareholders with an Income.

So lets see.

13 of the month. I still don't have last months Invoice.

This morning I lost 3G and Voice connectivity at 10am on the dot. You're obviously having issues but why not communicate with Me... The Customer

What credit can I expect as this is now an ongoing "Feature" of the Vodacom experience.

Last week I had the 3G Issues most of the week, logged to your "Report A Fault Web Site" still waiting for response.

Also now getting rouge messages about how I've used up my 3G bundle when I'm no where near my limit. Contacted your call centre... but they we're having system issues, said they'd phone me back, that was Wednesday/Thursday last week, I'm still waiting.

Was sure that in todays world, the Customer was worth keeping, so am I???

Vodacom you're looking impotent against your competitors, what are you going to do about it???

Also note, this is my second attempt at logging this message, as half way thorough my Vodacom connection indicator specified "No Internet Access"
