Did not have the best experience

Overall I must say I have had the worst experience opening my platinum cheque and credit card accounts.

I have dealt with 5 people to have my issues resolved but I think FNB could have done more and offered more to keep me happy or to get me satisfied so we could build a relationship for the future.

I currently would not recommend FNB to my friends and family and will not move my business banking over to FNB.
