My name Onica Mid February this year 2013 a colleague of mine refered me to Joshua, after ive been expeiencing billing issues with Mtn dating back to August/ september last year. This had resulted in my contract line always being cut off due to billing errors.i sent Joshua an email, and he called me back (which i did not even expect). he listened to my story, patiently and empathetically so. He the took my details and promised to investigate further and get back to me with feedback, even thou i dont believe this was in his area! 2 days later he called back with feedback and explained to me what really happened and that he had logged a query resoltuion with the relevant department. needless to say about a week or two weeks later the issue was resolved and my line was susequently opened.

Joshua if only all MTN call centre and fronline consultants can take a few tip from you on what Customer service excellence is all about, MTN woul give their compettitors a run for their money. Im really greatful and appreciate all your efforts and going the extra mile to assist. you left the most WOW customer experience, to remeber forever. hope you continue to bless others! and that MTN recognis
